Red spots on capsule l
I ordered these last year in December and was consistent. Then I stopped, and now I finally wanted to start again lol. But there are red spots on the capsules?? I left them closed, so I'm not sure where it's coming from, and I'm scared to take them.

Works with some caveats
I have been under a lot of stress and my hair started shedding a lot. I can't take biotin so I wanted a supplement without biotin. These came up in a search. I've been taking them for over a month and have noticed hair growth at my temple where the hair loss was most apparent. However, when I took two a day (the recommended dose) I was experiencing hot flashes. I went down to one a day and while they don't stop the shedding quite as much as on two pills a day, the new growth continues and I don't have the random heat waves anymore. I am in my forties so ladies be forewarned. I am also sensitive to medications. TLDR: this product works; you may need to adjust dosage due to mild side effects.
Less shedding and new hair growth!
I tried this because i'm allergic to biotin. I'm on my second bottle. I noticed very little shedding now and new growth.

Horrible!!!!! What a waste of my money
Really works
After one bottle I noticed my hair was shedding less. After two bottles my hair felt fuller and healthier.
It works
So before hand I was losing about 20-30 hairs every time I brushed my hair, around 150+ when I washed it and it led to my ends being severly thin. At the 30 day mark of use I know lose 7 hairs max sometimes 0. The wad of hair I used to collect from the sink is now like 1/5 th the size. Id say growth rate has stayed pretty normal but I do see ALOT of baby hairs coming in the second month of use. Id try this before trying out more expensive options. Make sure to eat some carbs and fats before taking pill.
