it broke me out so badly and barely held my makeup
A good one
This is a good primer for people who does not prepare their skin with a specific skin care routine prior to makeup. I do my daily skin care routine which includes anti hyperpigmentation and hydrating serums and such a primer is not necessary for my makeup needs. However, I recommend this primer for dry and dehydrated skins and also for longevity purposes because it holds foundation throughout the day beautifully.

Strayed from the other conglomerate in the drugstore section and will be going back as soon as I get through this bottle. Great amount for price but not as grippy as the blue one we all know. It's pretty messy so application is a pain for me. I can see why people like it, jusy not my fav.

My oily/combo skin loved this! I pair it with the anastasia foundation, huda beauty powder and danessa myricks setting spray. My makeup barely moves!!
Better than setting
I purchased this on a whim, while grocery shopping, due to my affinity for Maybelline products- and I was not disappointed! This primer is better than any other method of setting your makeup. I do not have any other exposure to gripping primers, but when I apply this primer, I do not have to use setting spray or setting powder. My makeup doesn't settle into lines, my skin stays looking plump, and bonus, it does not move around my oily areas. Crazy good stuff. I highly recommend!
