Taste is great and smooth
So I'm a huge health fanatic and love trying new things especially if it's going to benefit my wellness. Rookie greens are an excellent choice for anyone wanting to try green powders and I say that because most of the others I've tried in the past are very bitter, so much that you can't even get it down and gritty as well. The rookie wellness greens powder isn't like that. I have to admit it doesn't mix well with cold water so, use room temperature or Luke warm water and add ice cubes after it's fully dissolved. The texture is okay but the taste is superb and I loved it so much! Very yummy and wholesome to me. I didn't notice any changes except for my digestion seemed to do better and bloating was gone which was amazing. I feel the price is reasonable and cheap compared to other pricey ones out there. Overall, I liked these very much and enjoyed drinking them. This item was given for free in exchange for my honest opinion.
delicious and nutritious
I would recommend this product to anyone who has had a bad experience with greens on the go. I have a hard time getting all my vegetables in the for the day so it is a great addition to a meal. I prefer it on the go when I am running late to work. I love it.
Love the packaging
This is exactly what I needed to add into my wellness routine I'm not always on top of eating plenty of veggies and fruit on a daily basis, but this helps me fill in those gaps! I love it, it's so easy to mix if you're on the go, just a shaker bottle and water and you're set. I like to try different basses too, apple juice taste so good with this but of course is taste great my itself. Best thing is my body loves it I have more efficient BM and my tummy fees at ease when I drink this and now, I find myself looking forward to drinking this because I know I'll feel great afterwards. If you're looking to add something healthy to your diet that's quick and easy to make and drink than this is the product you need although I was gifted this product to give my honest opinion I look forward to purchasing my second and third box! I love this stuff.
