first of all I do not understand the comment from the person who said these taste horrible. they are absolutely delicious and there's no green aftertaste at all. I honestly do not know what that person is talking about. it is hard to know if a supplement is actually working but I feel like these are helping me in a big way since I started taking them about a year ago. I just feel healthier with more energy. I don't spend money where it doesn't need to be spent so I buy my multivitamin at the drugstore but I feel like it is worth paying more for these to boost my daily vitamin regimen.

let me start by saying that these do work. there's no doubting that. they leave me feeling refreshed and even give me a bit of an energy boost in the morning. however, they taste horrible. like actually horrible. they're sweet, but their aftertaste of pure greens is quite pungent and i had a hard time chewing them and then swallowing them without gagging. cutting them up into small pieces and swallowing them down with water (the size they'd be by chewing) made things easier. i'm torn as these do actually work :(

I've tried lots of this Lemme brand items, and this does not disappoint! They are as tasty as the other products that I use. I need all the help I can get in eating properly and these are definitely helpful me get there.
