The Ordinary recommends performing a patch test prior to incorporating a new product into your skin care routine.
Use ideally in the PM, no more frequently than once per day. After cleaning, saturate a cotton pad with the formula and sweep across the face and neck. Avoid the eye contour and contact with eyes. This formula should not be used on sensitive, peeling or compromised skin. Limit sun exposure while using this product and for a week afterwards.
Contraindications: Do not use in the same routine as direct Acids, EUK 134 0.1%, retinoids, pure or ethylated vitamin C, or peptides.

- Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand EngageHi there, we recommend using AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution and Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner in separate regimens as they are both direct acids. We'd recommend using the AHA 30% + BHA 2% Peeling Solution once a week, and Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner 1-2x/week in separate regimens (preferably in the PM) if you're planning on using both of them. It can also exfoliate areas of the body experiencing rough and bumpy skin. However, we do not recommend applying this product to covered areas of the body such as the inner thighs or underarms, as these areas may have more sensitive skin, and the natural occlusion of these regions may make them more prone to irritation. Why is it not recommended to use this or other direct acids with the GF 15 serum? Thanks in advance!

- Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand EngageAs growth factors are structurally similar to peptides, we recommend avoiding applying our GF 15% Solution in the same regimen as formulations containing direct acids and direct vitamin C. im not a person to say "OMG THIS CHANGED MY LIFE 10/5 STARS", but this is pretty good. I have semi-oily skin (combination maybe?) with minimal acne and after about a week and a half my skin started to become clearer with a more even tone. Dare I say brighter too! I cant say what'll be for those with dry/very oily/sensitive skin, but if the way I describe my skin applies to you give it a try! (WEAR SUNSCREEN WITH IT)

I originally got this in the smaller size to clear up some clogged pores on my forehead, and then ended up using it for so many differeht things - rouch patches on my knees and elbows, KP on my arms, etc. You have to be consistent to see results, and following up with a physical exfoliant every so often will help speed up the process. But now my forehead is clear, knees and elbows are so soft, and the KP on my arms is gone! I repurchased but in the bigger size this time

This product showed me immediate results when putting it on my acne and pores. I usually put it on every other night. Putting it on every night is a little harsh on your skin but other than that, I recommend!
