Q
Can you use it on your inner thighs?
Asked by Beauty
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Glycolic Acid 7% Exfoliating Toner has been tested for use on the face, neck, and scalp. It can also exfoliate areas of the body experiencing rough and bumpy skin. However, we do not recommend applying this product to covered areas of the body such as the inner thighs or underarms, as these areas may have more sensitive skin, and the natural occlusion of these regions may make them more prone to irritation. We hope this helps! Was this answer helpful to you

hey, i am using la roche porsay foaming cleanser for oily skin and medicube kojic toner pads and medicube kojic overnight wrapping mask can i use this? if so in what order?
Asked by ap
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
Unfortunately, it is difficult for us to comment on the pairing of our products with those of other brands. We recommend consulting with your doctor/dermatologist, gradually incorporating one new product into your regimen at a time, and applying test patches first to see what works best for your skin. Was this answer helpful to you

Q
Why is it not recommended to use this or other direct acids with the GF 15 serum? Thanks in advance!
Asked by B. R.
Official Answer By The Ordinary - Brand Engage
As growth factors are structurally similar to peptides, we recommend avoiding applying our GF 15% Solution in the same regimen as formulations containing direct acids and direct vitamin C. This is because the acidic nature of the formulas can lead to the hydrolysis (breakdown) of the growth factor molecules. Was this answer helpful to you

Chemical Scalp Exfoliant - Helps Manage Dandruff & Oils

I use this product for "other than the intended purpose". Skin care is important to me, but I struggle with psoriasis/dermatitis which sometimes results in dandruff and a rough patch behind one ear. In the past I have tried glycolic acid for my face and it was terrible. More than just a purging, it...

Not a bad product, my skin just didn't care for it

Product came with 2 options to apply them with: a squirtle or a regular top lid thingy. I chose the squirtle and I'd spritz it on a bottom pad and swept across my face. It would sting me. I thought my skin was just not used to it. This was one of the first products I purchased when I got into skinca...

Great for sensitive skin

Submitted 3 days ago

By Mitch

From North Carolina

This is the first product that has worked for me. It has cleared up blemishes and even stopped my breakouts. It feels cool and refreshing on my face. I've never been able to use anything on my face with having a bumpy or itching reaction. Wish I would have learned about this sooner.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

I like this product but it doesn't come out how I thought it would. I can't tell if the top's broken but it's still usable. So far after a week or two I haven't seen a ton of difference but I'm not disappointed

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend to a friend

Burns sometimes but overall has helped acne

Submitted 8 days ago

By Em

From Kansas City, MO

I know people say it really burns their face and it definitely can burn mine a bit too, as I have pretty sensitive skin. But I still put it on every night after I shower and its helped me so much with acne. I would get lots of smaller white heads, and now since using it for a couple months I barley get any. So I would still reccomemd this product!

I will never not have this in my cupboard. I alternate between this and my retinol at nught my skin is more even and less blackheads. I also love it to put on my scalp for a deep clean.
