Step 1: Attach Twist filter onto shower arm or showerhead. Hand-tighten.

The first thing that I noticed about the filter is how easy it was to install. You just connect it between your shower head and the tap, and it's done! I like that you don't need to change out the whole shower head. I like to use a pulldown shower head and I have always wanted a filter, but I didn't want to get rid of my current shower head. I haven't experienced any leaking from the shower head or anything like that. The installation was seamless. Once I turned it on, I noticed that it made the water smell so good. It's not a fake perfume scent, it's a natural smell and gives you that spa experience. It's hard to tell if it's made a difference in my hair, but I do think it has made a difference in the dryness of my skin. It's still pretty cold where I live, and normally I need to apply lotion as soon as I get out of the shower, but I have noticed I don't have that dry, itchy feeling now if I don't apply lotion right away. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I did notice a bit of a white residue in the shower. At first I thought that was a deal breaker, but then I realized it cleans off really easily and when I looked it up, it's actually from the oat in the filter which is what helps soften your skin. So it's not bothering me anymore in my shower, but I would say if I had glass doors on my shower I'm not sure I'd like that (we have glass doors on our other shower, and they can be a real pain to clean as it is). I'm looking forward to trying the other scents too once it's time to change this one out in 3 months! Thank you Voesh! Received in exchange for my honest review.

I received this product in exchange for a review. I was doubtful before using it but love the added scent during the shower. I've only been using it for a couple weeks and haven't noticed much of a difference in my skin yet (it's been a brutal winter and we have very hard water). I'm hoping continued use will have greater results. The design of the product is very easy to install but depending on your shower head style could mean you have to hunch or shower standing close to the wall. I wish it did not stick out as much as it does. Being 5'4" this isn't too much of an issue for me but my husband isn't a fan of the lowered stream of water. All in all I would recommend for a relaxing spa like experience but to make sure you would be okay with your shower head protruding another 6in or so.
