I've hit the bottom of the pen on a hard surface and pumped the button to prime my pen and nothing has been coming out for twenty minutes. I just bought the pen today and it's not working at all. The product won't come out.

After tapping, prime the pen by pressing the button slowly, you do not need to do it too quickly. It will take a few slow pumps. Press, hold, release. You will feel the suction on the button and hear a squishy noise as the liquid rises to dispense. If it sat in the cold for a while, be sure to let it warm up to room temperature. Wait a while if these steps do not work and repeat them in order. This product might work… but I couldn't get it out of the pen! Other reviews are right, this design is just ridiculous. I went back to ulta, exchanged it, and the second one didn't work either! I read the reviews, I knew this might happen, but it was the only one that my HSA would cover. Ridiculous....

This product did not make a difference with any of my acne concerns. This formula might as well be water. save your money
Disappointed
I loved the idea of the pen with this product. Unfortunately the pen pump broke within a week and the formula did not help my acne spots like other salicylic acid based products do. Would not recommend. But love this brand and so many other products
Happy w/Results
Had two monster pimples on my chin. You know the type… brught red and painful. I purchased this because honestly it was the first spot treatment I found when I was walking around the store. Put some on the two pimples before going to bed… next morning the reddness is nearly completely gone, they arent as raised and they dont hurt. They are disappearing before my eyes! So happy I stumbled upon this spot treatment!

I personally love this product. It works so well on my skin and I've gone through 3 tubes now even with the price being a little more expensive then other companys who sell similar products. Most of the negative reviews on this product are just about the packaging and I haven't experienced any issues with it so far. I put this on every morning and night before moisturizer and I have experienced significant changes to my skin. When I use it at night, I wake up the next morning and the pimples have disappeared. Morning use also helps as they disappear quickly throughout the day. I definitely recommend this product!!
