I love these gummies!
I have never taken any vitamins before so these are the first. I love them! The taste is delicious and I look forward to taking them every day. I have very fine/fragile hair so these vitamins have definitely helped with that but also with my skin and nails! Hair is thicker, strands are darker, my nails have also gotten some length to them. They have been growing quicker, longer and stronger than before. And my skin has also shown improvement. I will continue to stock up on these gummies!
