To switch from styler to dryer, pull down the latch on the back of the Glam, then twist the nozzle left to activate dryer mode. Rough dry hair to about 70% using the Styling Concentrator for precise airflow. Hold the heat button to activate Scalp Shield when drying near the scalp. Use the Shark Glossi™ Styler for smooth, high-shine results without frizz. Grip the tip for control and rotate 360° using the heated ceramic side first for ultimate shine. Glide the Shark Silki™ Straightener through wet or dry hair, with heat-controlled ceramic plates angled toward the roots and airflow directed down for a sleek finish. Snap on the FrizzFighter™ Finishing Tool in dryer mode and run it over dry hair to smooth flyaways. Use the 1.25" Coanda Auto-Wrap Curlers for soft, loose curls. Alternate left and right barrels for each side. Turn off the styler before releasing the curl.

Great product, disappointing replacement
I loved this product and used it for a full year with no issues. Unfortunately, I started having problems with the straightener attachment. Customer service asked me to cut my original unit and replaced it with a different version. The new one looks very different from what's advertised: a bulky bla...

This did the job of styling, but it made hair flat and greasy-looking after one day.
Employees so rude I won't purchase another item at Ulta.
I walked into the store, informed the employee i had a pick up order but also wanted to smell some perfumes. I told her the exact brand, her anda second employee told me "no obviously we dont carry that" in an entitled condescending tone. You do carry said perfume it was in stock. I was then ignored by FIVE workers while being the only person at check out. The girl that helped me did not know where online orders where. THEY PROCEEDED TO ALSO IGNORE HER. I would definitely recommend this business if you enjoy spending hundreds of dollars to be treated like trash.
Good product but not space saving
As described and as pictured. Cute with a sleek design. I bought this with the intention of downsizing packing both my straightener and curling iron. However, this takes up more space than those two combined. Not worth price point for my needs.
