I discovered this setting spray when my makeup artist used it on me for my wedding day! My makeup of course stayed wonderfully that day. I try other setting sprays here and there but I tend to come back to this one. For example, I like the Benefit Professional Setting Spray because it has a finer m...isting feel and makes me look a little more smooth/poreless BUT I get a lot more transfer with that setting spray and it's just expensive. I find this Makeup Revolution spray to keep my makeup from budging better and barely any transfer when I blot with a tissue. My forehead actually stays pretty matte too which is shocking, the only shininess I still get is my nose but that's okay with me cuz my nose is just freaking oily lol. So touching up my powder during the day on my nose fixes that. But overall this spray holds my makeup amazingly for having oily skin. I do agree with others saying that the finish isn't really matte though. So what I do is apply my Rimmel Stay Matte primer, then Maybelline Fit Me powder, and then spray this spray and let dry. Then apply my foundation and spray a bit of the spray on my sponge to mix with the foundation as I apply it. Then set everything with powder and do the rest of my routine. Then I spray it all over my face again. After it dries down, it still looks a bit dewy so I go ahead and put a little more powder on my T-Zone where I get oily. Then my makeup holds great for the day! I love the affordable price and amount of product you get too since I use a lot of setting spray. Also, it doesn't seem to cause breakouts to my acne-prone skin!
