I been using this shampoo plus the dismiss leve in and my hair is super frizzy and now is falling when I comb it not from the roots but about 3 inches away from the roots what am I doing wrong

I saw another reviewer complain about hairloss and breakage and i agree. Ever since i started using this i have had significant clumps come out while brushing in the shower ( i have curly hair so i normally brush while in shower ) and lots if breakage, its very odd. I feel like the conditioner is far too thick and the shampoo is weirdly thick as well. The conditioner left my hair soft after rinsing but i can find that in many drugstore conditioners. If you're gonna pay for anything redken dont buy this, get the acidic bonding.
I wanted to love it-but hate it
I really really wanted to love this: but I've never had such terrible breakage and fallout EVER in my life before. After starting this shampoo/conditioner combo, I noticed I was losing chunks (while brushing) before my showers, in the shower while combing conditioner through, after the shower detangling, and throughout the day when I would just run my hands through my hair. It's honestly a tad frightening to see, and I got a little worried health wise, but all is good there; this is the only outlier/recent change. I'm lowkey surprised I have any hair left! Outside of that, it does smell nice, and it does make my two leftover strands really soft? However, my hair is still frizzy. I have wavy hair and this, probably due to the breakage, did nothing to help all of the little flyaways all over my head. I loved the All Soft Redken but noticed slight hair loss with that as well. I'm hoping it's not a brand issue because for some reason, I really want to love them. I was recommended to try the Extreme one next: here's to hoping I don't go bald.

My hair is a little wavy, but biggest issue is wild and frizzy hair, especially the grey ones! Redkin has always been a great product!
