Bad Packaging
First time trying bubble. I have dry/dehydrated and somewhat sensitive skin. This cleanser leaves my skin feeling super clean without feeling dry. Its a thick gel thats easy to spread around and doesnt feel greasy or sticky. My only con is the packaging. The nozzle and pump is so tiny that its difficult to get product out with needing to scrape it from the outside of the bottle. You also need to hold it upright to get product out. If you try to tilt the bottle to better dispense the product, nothing will come out. Its super annoying to use and makes me not want to repurchase. Its also nearly impossible to open it up so i cant decant it into another bottle. I want to repurchase because i like the product, but i cant deal with the annoying tiny pump.
Fresh start gel cleanser 
So I have combination skin that's acne prone and I don't really feel like it did anything. It feels sticky like glue kind of I just use it on my cheeks which are dry skin. It makes my skin soft afterwards though.

it's fine it's a cleaner. my complaints are it's hard to get out of the bottle, when you press the pump hardly anything comes out. also it made break out really bad and I couldn't figure out why until I changed cleansers

Wonderful feel on my skin and feels soft during and after the wash. Non drying or irritating. Skin feels clean but not stripped.
