With clean hands, insert 1 Flora Power suppository into the vagina daily as needed or for up to 5 days. Expect some discharge over the course of the night (we like to wear a thin pad to protect our undies) but understand that this is normal. You should always insert after you have fully emptied your bladder, especially after sexual intercourse. For ongoing vaginal care, follow up with The Killer Boric Acid Suppositories to maintain normal levels of vaginal yeast.

Would I have to wait a certain period of time to have intercourse after taking this suppository?

Additionally, some customers’ partners have noticed a 'gritty' feeling (completely normal) during intercourse if they didn't wait long enough for everything to clear up and be absorbed, so definitely give it a few days if you can. As your pH will change during your cycle, we'd recommend using Flora Power once your cycle has ended vs right before starting. I had only ever tried the killer once. which was way easier to put in than this time but it was maybe over a year ago and I noticed they changed their packaging. this time, it was so hard to put in that it freaked me out! and once I deposited it to the best I could, it was not budging, it was just stuck to me and I just decided to let it be. a few hours later in the morning I woke up and took a peak. it did not dissolve well, turned orange, and had a slight burning sensation?! I knew the burning is not normal. not sure if it's because I had treated my yeast infection 2-3 days prior. I am hoping they didn't change their formula? but I will sadly not be using again (also I accidentally purchased flora power instead of the killer so I am curious if it makes a difference?)

I have had troubles with BV, and a couple of issues up to and including a couple TOAs. The healthcare system gave me so many antibiotics, that my systems are now damaged/susceptible. I sought something to reverse this damage, and rebuild my biome. These vaginal probiotic tablets are great for this! I can fix my imbalance at the first signs of trouble with this lovely suppository, and have had great results so far. Great for after period, after imbibing with alcohol, sex with partners, all the fun things that are likely to throw off your pH balance.

The killer works great and isn't recommended during pregnancy but this wasn't a hard no during pregnancy and for some reason I thought trying this when I was 6 weeks pregnant wouldn't be a big deal but it ended up being a big deal. I almost miscarried the same night literally thinking I passed the gestational sac. While I always give things the benefit of the doubt I waited till After that pregnancy (ended up with a healthy baby!) to give it a try again. I tried it twice at two different times of the month and it kickstarts a full on period for me for some odd reason. i think this is worth a try at least once to see if it works for you, But don't do it during pregnancy to avoid possible negative outcomes. Every body is different so you just gotta try it for yourself.
