The ingredients in this prenatal vitamin aren't any different/better from any other prenatal vitamins on the market. The only distinction to be found is in the hefty price. Save yourself some money and buy some Garden of Life vitamins—they're organic and are derived from plants and, in my experience...

These pills really work. After numerous negative pregnancy tests I finally am pregnant. It took me about almost the whole box before I got pregnant though. I took one pack a day like instructed to. I say I had about 8 packs left before I had a positive test . So good luck ladies now I know why they are highly rated.! Thank you bird and be!! -Karen C.

I do love the convenience of these packs. Handy for home or travel. No muss no fuss situation. I take the prenatal pack with the COQ10 boost. I like the website and explanation of the ingredients, plus if you have questions, ask and they respond!! I switched from another brand of pack prenatals, these are my preferred choice and have been taking these not quite a year (haven't fallen pregnant yet.) I don't have scientific evidence of anything "improving" on my endbut I know it can't hurt. On a different note my husband takes the male pack with the COQ10 boost. Priceybut you get what you pay for
