I love the idea of transdermal patches for quick absorption. However, the patch itself is big and uncomfortable. The material doesn't "breathe" at all, so your skin feels a bit suffocated. I have a lowered immune system and it's important for me to feel like I'm doing everything I can to protect my health. These patches help when I have to be around groups of people; they just give me more peace of mind. I haven't gotten sick since using them and actually use them even around the house if I'm feeling a little less healthy than usual.
