Peel and place one patch on inside of wrist, or any venous area that is clean and dry. Patch may be worn up to 12 hours. All done? Simply peel the patch off and discard. Due to the natural red color of B12, if the patch comes into contact with moisture (including water, sweat or hand sanitizer) it may leave a red/pink stain on your skin. This is harmless, and you can simply remove the patch when you're finished and wash the area with soap and warm water.
Precautions: Topical use only. Do not use on damaged, broken or irritated skin. Consult your health care provider before using if you have an existing medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing. Wash hands after use. Stop use immediately if you experience side effects such as skin irritation.

I received this as a free gift in my ulta order. Didnt feel a difference, and was still tired after use.
Love these!
It takes a couple of hours for these to kick in, but after that, I feel more energized. The effect lasts the rest of the day. I use these while traveling, especially when jetlagged. They do leave some residue on the skin you have to scrub off, but it's a small inconvenience in exchange for feeling so much better. I position the patch under my watch band so it doesn't show. My husband made fun of me for buying these, so I made him wear one. He now reminds me to restock.

It works but very expensive for 4 patches.
Gave it a try
I was hopeful this patch would work, but unfortunately I did not feel anything different. That is just my personal experience maybe it has to do with body chemistry, but yeah it didn't do anything for me.

Why is the B12 Awake patch a bit pink?

The natural coloring of the B vitamin used in the The Good Patch B12 Awake patch has a pink tint to it. If this patch gets wet, the B vitamin may bleed onto the skin, resulting in a pink tint on your skin. This is completely safe and will wash off with soap and water, however for aesthetic purposes, we recommend placing the patch further up on the forearm to avoid getting it wet from hand washing.
