I use your Preference color "Champagne" and love it. I am just getting my hair to almost my shoulders after chemo. I used to have a lot of hair, but it was always fine. However, since chemo it is still fine, but not as thick or as much of it. and seems to weigh down or become frizzy if not careful. It also can have a natural wave to it now if I am able to let air dry, which I love. My question is that I have no idea whether the Volume or bonding shampoo and conditioner would be best for my specific issues. I don't want to lose my hair. (I'm still hoping my eyebrows will come back fully. )I am using your leave in spray 21+ conditioner/protectant too. Hoping you can advise me since I still take breast cancer prevention medication. Thank you!

I'm SO disappointed. This was my absolute favorite shampoo and conditioner before they changed the formula. The new version leaves me with greasy roots and terribly dried out ends. I'd used this for YEARS and recommended to many friends who complimented my hair and the scent. Devastated to say it, but I'll be switching brands.

The old formula was better and it is very frustrating that it was not marked as a new formula and I had to waste my money on a product that does not clean your hair. I didn't see the tiny writing at the bottom that says "Vegan formula" at the bottom of the bottle.

What happened. I've been using this formally exceptional shampoo for years and now the new formula is terrible. It used to have a wonderful lift while imparting moisture to my hair and scalp all with great color care and scent. Now its harsh, drying,(almost burning actually) and feels band on your hair and scalp in every way. Please Loreal don't fix what doesn't need fixing.
