I've been using lemme-curb-chews for about two weeks now, and I honestly can't believe the difference they've made. I have a long history of disordered eating, including binge eating and compulsive food behaviors. Food used to occupy so much space in my mind, it was constant, loud, and exhausting. Since starting these chews, the "food noise" has completely quieted. It's like a switch flipped in my brain. For the first time in years, I feel calm around food. I'm able to make choices without that relentless internal pressure. My sugar cravings have basically disappeared. I even found myself eating a piece of cake the other day and stopped halfway through, not because I forced myself to, but because I just didn't want any more.
