I'm disappointed this product changed without any notification on the Product page. First of all the nozzle is now different!!! You can't spray the front of your head any longer unless you want the product to get all over your forehead. The formula is now similar to drug store brands along with the same nozzle drug stores have. I love this Product before and I'm stuck as I bought 4 bottles not knowing the nozzle and formula is completely different now. What a shame! Save your money and just buy over the counter spray as it's pretty much the same formula now!

I have brown hair with blonde highlights. I purchased the medium blonde touchup spray. In between visits to get my hair colored, I use spray root cover-up. My hair tends to look darker when I do this so I wanted a spray where I could temporarily add back some blonde highlights that was strong enough to cover my brown tones. This is the only product I found that works in this way. I loved the blonde color. And it looked so natural. Unfortunately, the can stopped spraying out color when it was halfway full. So basically, I paid a lot of money for half a can of this product. I hope the company listens to its consumers because it sounds like people are having a lot of issues that are fixable, especially issues with the newer changes they've made. I am Leary to purchase this product again and have the same issues that I had. I love everything else about it.

It used to be the best! But this new formula doesn't dry. And the applicator is just like everyone else's. It used to be very precise and now it's just messy. Might as well buy the cheaper L'Oreal one because that's what you're getting.

The new formula does not stay put. It comes off and gets on everything it touches. Smudges your forehead. Put it on this morning and had smudges all over my forehead when I got home. Very disappointed in this new formula. Loved the old version.

I've been using the copper color for a while now, and the new order I've received is a totally different color than the previous. The size has decreased, and the nozzle is now attached which is inconvenient. Disappointed, this has been the only root spray that matched my hair. It's more of a brown than copper now.
