Shampoo, rinse, and wring out excess water. Apply generously to clean, wet hair in place of conditioner. Wait 5 minutes, and rinse. Use 2-3 times per week.

This product is way more pigmented than I expected- instead of a color boost it acts more like a semi permanent dye. It was WAY more red than I wanted and dyed my scalp red too. I had to shampoo again right after just to not look crazy for work. Also did not work evenly so my bangs are super bright and the rest of my hair less so. And yes your tub will be pink.

Same conditioner that comes with the color

Tried an influencers hack of "box color conditioner" and it was ok but Madison Reeds is great. I use the root touch up occasionally and it comes with the conditioner so now I have access to it without the color. :) Softens hair and relaxes my usual fly aways,
