Good shampoo, has a nice texture, washes hair well, after you get a wow effect, soft, silky hair, with volume, has a nice shine. I like the shape, easy to wash . Attractive style, now it's my favorite shampoo.

I love this conditioner but I hate the faulty pump! First I had to go on YouTube to find out how to get the pump to come up! I found other people had the same issue! Secondly when I finally got the pump up, I couldn't get the product to come out!
