I absolutely love Vital Proteins products and these gummies are excellent! The grape flavor reminds me of a grape lollipop but in a good nostalgic way. These gummies have a very chewy texture. I'm halfway through my second bottle and I've noticed my skin looks more glowy. I also struggle with a joint disorder and i've notice a slightly improved recovery time from my weekly physical therapy. I'll definitely continue taking thesee.
Nails feel stronger and not much hair loss
