Place the coldHER pads with the Phase Change Material (hard white side) facing your skin where cooling is most needed (i.e. chest, nipples, underarm). The Phase Change Material will gradually liquefy as heat is being transferred from your skin to the pad. Once the Phase Change Material is completely liquid or no longer providing cooling relief, remove the pads and allow them to harden again at room temperature. Depending on the temperature of the room, it may take between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once hard, you may reuse again, and again, and again. For extra cold relief, or to speed up the hardening process, the pads may be refrigerated.

Cooling relief, easy to use & store
These are great! You won't get a huge blast of iciness from them, but you will get a nice cooling effect that takes the edge off of a hot flash. I actually prefer to place them under the bottom band of my bra where I need relief the most. Its a little awkward, but who cares! I'm considering buying a setting set to use when the forest set needs to "harden" back up. It takes several hours (3-4 hrs) for these to re-set and be ready to use again.

Oh my god this thing is cool. Literally
My expectaions for these cooling pads were pretty low to be honest, so I was pleasantly surprised when I tested them. What most people dont tell you is that hot flashes don't just happen in Menopause, Perimenopause causes them too and they are brutal. So finding any kind of relief is amazing. Now I've only used these once, but they really helped. The second you put the pads on bare skin the cooling sensation is strong. Shove these puppies in your bra and immediate relief will follow. Another thing I like is that they don't rely on evaporative cooling, which doesn't work well in a humid environment. My only complaint (and it's by no means a deal breaker) is that once you put them in your bra it can make you bust out of the cups a little. So it would be pretty obvious something is going on if you're wearing a tight shirt. Other than that, it's a great product that I will definitely be recommending to people.
