I've read reviews and if they are true about being uncomfortable or to hot is it refundable even though it's obviously not returnable?

- Official Answer By Joylux - Brand EngageYou may reduce your session time to 3-minutes and slowly build up to 6-mimutes. This will require you to manually turn off vFit. The light intensity and the warming sensation will increase with the duration of the session time. Ramp up time may be slower or faster - both of which are ok. Reducing the session time will not hinder your progress as vFit utilizes photobiomodulation, which helps to stimulate cellular function by increasing local blood flow, stimulating healing tissue responses, and increasing circulation. Each of us absorbs the gentle warmth within the vaginal tissue varyingly due to our age and tissue depth. If the LED lights are exposed to the external anatomy, it may feel uncomfortable. Please make sure the device light window is fully inserted into the vaginal canal, approximately 4” (from the tip of the device to the end of the light window).Was this answer helpful to you

While I think this is a good product a lot more thought could have been put into the design of the product. The lights are way to far up to the middle of the tool and the tool itself is too large. Finished radiation treatments last weeks in August. Treatments attacked the vaginal area. Was given dilators to help keep area from closing up. Used Joylux instead. In December doctor examined me; was surprised by "how pink and healthy" the tissue is. Told him about Joylux, he looked it up, asked me to give him info on my experience using Joylux. I am almost 52 years old, in Peri-menopause and have experienced vaginal laxity, dryness and urinary leaks. I have spent lots of money on med spa treatments such as two rounds of Thermiva, as well as HIFU to help build strength back in my pelvic floor, and help with elasticity. While those treatments did have benefits, they didn't last that long for me. Within 6 months of treatments that supposedly would last one year or more, I would be back to same condition I started, which was getting up 2-3 times per night to use the bathroom.. I wanted to try Vfit since it was something I could do at home. I ordered the Vfit Plus so I could do the longer treatment times. I started using it 3-4 times per week, as directed the last week of September, 2025. Now, I did not see major improvement in 6-8 weeks, but wanted to keep going. By the end of week 10, I started sleeping through the night (most nights). That's when I started really feeling that my pelvic floor was stronger. Less bathroom trips during the day as well. I feel hydration has also increased, although in all fairness I am also on HRT which also helps with that part. I plan to continue using it at least 3 times per week through the 6 month mark and then will decrease to 1-2 times per week and see how it goes. I believe it is absolutely worth a try if you are needing help in any of these areas. I paid the cost of this device go one thermiva treatment and did 6 in total. So yes, people say this can be "pricey" but it's cheaper than lots of other treatments you could try and it may take longer to get results but If Missyyou stay consistent, you will get some results!

I cannot say enough good things about the V-fit. I used the device post hysterectomy and credit it the healing of the stitching in my vaginal wall that had not healed correctly post surgery. Fully believe this device saved me from having to have another surgery. 10/10 recommend for all the related annoyances that come with menopause as well.
