Place the coldHER pads with the Phase Change Material (hard white side) facing your skin where cooling is most needed (i.e. chest, nipples, underarm). The Phase Change Material will gradually liquefy as heat is being transferred from your skin to the pad. Once the Phase Change Material is completely liquid or no longer providing cooling relief, remove the pads and allow them to harden again at room temperature. Depending on the temperature of the room, it may take between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once hard, you may reuse again, and again, and again. For extra cold relief, or to speed up the hardening process, the pads may be refrigerated.

I have had a set for a few weeks now. I love them. Not only do they help during hot flashes, but they are such a relief for sore and swollen breasts. Ya got to get a set!

Very Helpful
I have been using my bra inserts daily, especially in this summer heat! They provide much needed cooling relief. My only wish is they would last longer before I need to let them come back to room temperature. Definitely need to order another set to use while once it is cooling down.
Cooling me down in the desert!
We've had unbearably hot weather here this summer and these have been helping me cool down after my morning walk. I come in and grab them out of the fridge and that relief is absolute bliss! Love these!

They are in my bra as we speak! I thought they would be uncomfortable but they are keeping this menopausal mama cool. They do not sweat through your clothes and no one can even tell that my cooling buddies are in my bra :)

A MUST HAVE!!! These are so convenient and easy to use because they do not need to be refrigerated. They work… Instantly. I mean instant relief!!! Pop them in before parties, carry them with you for whenever it gets hot throughout the day. Amazing. Once again.
