Place the coldHER pads with the Phase Change Material (hard white side) facing your skin where cooling is most needed (i.e. chest, nipples, underarm). The Phase Change Material will gradually liquefy as heat is being transferred from your skin to the pad. Once the Phase Change Material is completely liquid or no longer providing cooling relief, remove the pads and allow them to harden again at room temperature. Depending on the temperature of the room, it may take between 30 minutes to 2 hours. Once hard, you may reuse again, and again, and again. For extra cold relief, or to speed up the hardening process, the pads may be refrigerated.

I have had a set for a few weeks now. I love them. Not only do they help during hot flashes, but they are such a relief for sore and swollen breasts. Ya got to get a set!

I was so excited to try these because of all the wonderful reviews. Unfortunately they barely cooled me at all and were hot, quickly. I really wanted to love these!
Amazing!
This product is amazing. Did not have high hopes, but they exceeded my wishes. I put mine in the fridge for a quick reset, but they will solidify on their own left out. Very comfortable with no sharp edges.

Every woman needs at least one pair of these gems! Personally, I love the fact that no refrigeration is required. The inserts chill fast when applied to your skin. They are just the right amount of cool when you need it most. Also, the inserts are discrete enough that you can tuck them in your bra and no one will notice.
Cool
One of the stars is fully for the science making these work. I really like that these don't need refrigeration or freezing. They get cool and they're kind of long lasting. They're not miraculous, but still pretty cool. And convenient.
Cooling relief, easy to use & store
These are great! You won't get a huge blast of iciness from them, but you will get a nice cooling effect that takes the edge off of a hot flash. I actually prefer to place them under the bottom band of my bra where I need relief the most. Its a little awkward, but who cares! I'm considering buying a setting set to use when the forest set needs to "harden" back up. It takes several hours (3-4 hrs) for these to re-set and be ready to use again.
