love it
I don't normally write reviews because I never feel the need to.. with that being said I am a 16 year old girl with moderate acne and my mom bought me the clear start sample kit and I noticed results within 3 days. It was awesome so we bought the bigger bottles and I am so happy with the way my face...

Wanted to love this!
I really wanted to love this, and it felt great on my skin! No new acne and my skin felt soft and smooth. Unfortunately, however, I believe I'm allergic to one of the main ingredients: Cocamidopropyl Betaine. I did a lot (I mean a LOT) of research on all the products I was using and what ingredients...

I would.buy this again
Best product my daughter has used for her face. First time ahe used it was in Alaska.
SAVED MY SKIN
My skin was having horrible breakouts. They would start on my right side of my cheek. It would be there for like a week and a half, clear up, and then go to my left cheek. The cycle would continue for ages. Back in November of 2026 i wanted to try a new product so i got the 3 pack as a trial. My skin is cleared up.
This product works for men & woman
Hubby and I both use this face wash. It cleans skin and pores well without making the skin too dry.
Buyer Beware of Online Orders
I placed a large online order on February 21 (this item included). That same day, I received two emails: first, an order confirmation, and second, a notice that the order was being packed and might arrive in multiple shipments. After that, I received no additional emails or delivery notifications—and no package. I thoroughly searched my property, including around bushes and entry areas, and checked with neighbors. The package was nowhere to be found. On March 2, I contacted customer service via text. I received a message stating the order "should be delivered March 2," along with a tracking link. The link showed a carrier tracking number indicating the package had actually been delivered on February 23. When I asked about the discrepancy, I was told to check my yard and neighbors. I confirmed that I had already done so and that the package was still missing. The response was that the issue would be elevated. On March 4, I followed up again via text. After having to repeat the entire situation, I was told there was nothing that could be done because both Ulta and the carrier show the package as delivered. I requested photo proof confirming delivery to the correct address and asked that the order either be resent or refunded so I could purchase the items in-store. My request for proof of delivery was ignored, and I was told Ulta could neither resend the package nor issue a refund. I then asked for the issue to be escalated to a supervisor and was connected quickly. She expressed sympathy and said she would elevate the matter further to explore possible options. After multiple follow-up attempts, I never received any email communication and was repeatedly told the issue was being "elevated." Eventually, I received a final message stating the escalation had been completed—and that the outcome remained the same: no refund and no replacement shipment. I'm sharing this experience so other customers understand the potential risks when ordering online.
