It was actually recommended to use from my 🩺Dermatologist's Office to use 4-7 days, after receiving invasive laser treatments. ✅First three days I use a thin amount of Aquafor. ✅Days four to seven I use Cicaplast Balm. ✅Days eight to day 29 I use Cicaplast Gel.

This cream is really great it relieves chapped cracked skin it's lightweight and absorbs into the skin, it's also great for children's diaper rash. I have used this product for about a week and now it's become part of my normal daily skin routine it doesn't leave your skin dry or flaky and it doesn't leave any residue on your skin, and I haven't had any breakouts using it. It feels thick but not greasy and it really helps calm dry irritated skin fast. A little goes along way and it leaves me skin feeling so soft and protected without breaking me out.
