I have pretty long hair and a decent amount of it too. I use this every other time I wash my hair. My hair comes out healthy, shiny, silky smooth. I let my hair air dry to about 80%, I do an at home blow out and it lasts me about a week before I need to do some touch ups. Absolutely amazing product.
