I absolutely love these. I tend to have increased anxiety at night and I pop one of these and it helps significantly. My heart palpitations subside and overall I feel more calm and relaxed. I haven't tried taking it during the day, but I definitely think they would be ok and you'd still able to function without being too calm/sleepy.
