I got these initially for when im anxious before job interviews but havent used them for that purpose yet. My current job is one that requires me to be on go-mode my whole shift, and it is hard to slow down after work. Recently i have been waking up once or twice during the night and feel insanely tired when i wake up. I pop one of these and i sleep through the whole night without any interruptions!!! These gummies make me feel like my nervous system is regulated, i feel relaxed and actually well rested. I hate to sound so cliche but these have changed my life and if youre an anxious girly whos always on go-mode, these gummies work wonders. They also taste amazing!

I bought these intily to help with my anxiety . Based on the reviews ive read , mostly everyone takes them before bed to wind down which is what i started doing . The way i felt the next morning was amazing ! I felt rested . My sleep score on my apple watch is always in the high 90s when i take these . So now when ive had a long week and need a good nights rest Lemme chill has been my go to . And the good thing is you dont feel groggy in the morning !
