I am 45 years old doctor with a great stress load and blood issues. My skin is dry and sensitive with big patches of red areas. I do all what I can to help my skin BE better, not just LOOK better, because I believe in natural beauty and everyday care. I used to apply moisturizing cream every 12 hours, but in winter season my skin needs more because of dry air (house heating system). My redness is my biggest problem which I face every day I take decorative cosmetics off my face. For daytime I successfully mask it with Erborian CC red, CC and BB. I was looking for perfect cream for me, and I think I found it! I received new Centella Barrier Cream at December 6th and started to use it the same day after make up removal with Centella Kit. The texture of Barrier Cream is quite dense, but not heavy or greasy. It has a pleasant light smell. I did pictures of my skin before 1st application which showed irritation, redness, and dryness of my skin and lips. After just 5 minutes, I noticed a significant change: my skin became soft, less red and irritated. After 20 minutes, the cream was completely absorbed, leaving me feeling comfortable and hydrated. I took photos showing the noticeable improvement after just 5 minutes. I decided to apply the cream twice a day, every day. However, by the third day, I realized that my skin retained enough moisture in the morning after applying the cream in the evening. This made me realize that the cream worked practically 24 hours a day. Over time, I also began applying less cream, which reduced the amount consumed while maintaining the same effect. Today marks exactly 10 days since I first tried the cream. I took a photo this morning before applying the cream. I can see and feel that my skin has changed: it's smoother, softer, and the bright redness has disappeared. Now that my skin looks and feels better, I feel more confident. I thank the Erborian team for developing cosmetics that work even for complex skin like mine.

I was not sure I was going to like this cream. It seemed a little thick, and honestly, I do not know what a barrier cream actually is. I love this stuff!!! It feels good on my face and not greasy at all. It makes my face look better and younger! This is a new holy grail!
