STEP 1
Tap to loosen powder.

Slowly pour liquid into powder.
STEP 3
Screw pump on tightly and wipe clean.
STEP 4
Shake until powder is dissolved.
STEP 5
Snap onto white bottle with nozzle facing left and white bottle facing forward.
Mix it once and you're good to glow!

How to Recycle:
For the liquid serum base, remove the cap and toss the bottle into the recycling bin after assembling.
Pop off the top.
Unscrew the clear vial from the top.
Recycle the vial + outer container.

Love the product but instructions are unreadable
I actually love this product - it works really well. It does come in a huge box with a ton of marketing materials and then the actual instructions for mixing it up are on the tiniest piece of paper in the smallest font that is light green against a white background. Did an ant design this?

I bought the C Firma in 2021 and had an overall good experience with it. I bought it again as part of the Peach Acid mix, and am extremely disappointed. I don't know if it's because I had to mix the ingredients myself, but the solution now leaks from the bottom, dries, and clogs. I have to spend 30s...

Way too tacky on my skin
I have been using this for a few days now. I am not new to Vitamin C serums. I have used several over the years. This one, by far, is the tackiest and stickiest feeling I have tried! At first, I liked the fact that you could mix it up. I did find the instructions to be a tiny bit small to read. The serum stays sticky on my face the entire day. I use it in the morning as the first thing that hits my skin. I am wondering if that is making it hard for the other products to absorb, since this one doesn't seem to sink in; it just sits on my skin, tacky and sticky. I will really try to use this up; I am not thrilled. I will go back to my other C serum that I used prior to this purchase!

I followed the instructions exactly and this serum is much more watery than I expected. It's a little difficult to apply, especially in contrast to the B-Hydra intensive hydration serum, which I LOVE.
