Great Support Without the Harsh Side Effects

I started taking Rookie Wellness Burn Metabolic Boost and GLP 1 Support recently, and I take two capsules in the morning. Having tried other options in the past, I am very familiar with what this type of support feels like. While those previous options worked, they came with persistent nausea that I...

good blood sugar stabilizer

I feel like this product is marketed in a way that is a little confusing. I noticed the main ingredients are berberine 1000mg and chromium 175mcg per 2 capsule serving. These are both effective for stabilizing blood sugar. Also there is a blend which contains cinnamon bark and alpha lipoic acid - which also help with blood sugar. The only ingredient I see that addresses weight loss is reservatrol but the amount is unclear because it is listed as part of the blend. Because of this I'm assuming this is more of a blood sugar stabilizing supplement than anything else. I do like this supplement to help with blood sugar spikes. Normally everyday I take 1000mg of berberine a day split between two meals. This helps with stabilizing my blood sugar and preventing spikes. I substituted my normal berberine dosage with this burn supplement (1 capsule per meal 2 times a day) and it works just as effectively if not better than just taking berberine on its own. This combination of different blood sugar stabilizing ingredients seem to work really well together. Overall I think this is a good value because of how many different blood sugar stabilizing ingredients are in this supplement - not just pure berberine. I think if the weight loss issues are related to blood sugar then this is an effective supplement. I find that splitting the 1000mg between two meals works better than taking it all at once. So Far, So Good

I have been using this product for about a week and so far I like it. I feel a boost in energy and I have noticed that I crave less snacks through out the day. I am pretty bad at snacking, especially late at night. So this seems to help with that. I know it's too early to really see any noticeable changes in weight, but I am feeling pretty positive about this supplement so far. This pill really does help with so many things that I am looking for like blood sugar, metabolism, boost in energy, and reducing visceral fat. This is my first time taking a supplement like this so I wasn't sure what to expect. I take one pill in the morning and one in the afternoon. The pill is easy to take, though it is a little big and doesn't taste the greatest. I haven't had any negative side effects so far. I make sure I drink a lot of water through out the day and I am also trying to eat a healthy, balanced diet. All in all, I am glad to have added this supplement to my wellness journey and hope to see some positive changes going forward. *Received as part of an educational promotion

My sweet tooth has been QUIET

I've been stuck at the exact same weight for the past two months, so I was really interested to see if this supplement could help me finally break through that plateau. I've only been taking it for about a week, but the biggest difference I've noticed so far is how much more in control I feel around food. My cravings have decreased a lot, I feel satisfied for longer after eating, and I'm not constantly thinking about what I want to snack on next. The biggest surprise has been my nighttime sweet cravings. I normally want something sweet almost every single night, but since the very first day of taking this, that urge has basically disappeared. That alone has made it easier for me to stay consistent with my routine without feeling like I'm fighting myself every evening. It's still early, so I can't speak on long-term results yet, but I'm really encouraged by how I've been feeling so far. I'm excited to continue using it over the next few weeks and see if the changes I'm noticing now translate into progress on the scale too.

Noticeable appetite support, some side effects

I tested this for about a week alongside my usual routine. The capsules are easy to swallow with water, though there's a slightly unpleasant taste if they sit in my mouth too long. I took one with my morning medications and another in the afternoon. The biggest thing I noticed was appetite. I felt less hungry and had fewer bored, impulsive snack urges. Lot fewer Lay's potato chips for sure. I also felt like my energy and focus stayed more even through the day instead of hitting the kind of slump where I suddenly want food just because my brain's out of gas. That said, I'm taking a prescription GLP-1, so I'm hesitant to give this supplement credit for any broad weight-management or "metabolism" claims after only 7 days. Also not sure whether it changed my blood sugar because I wasn't technically measuring it. One thing I notice with Zepbound already is that eating a lot of sugar can leave me feeling headache-y or lightheaded. While testing Burn, I felt like that threshold was a little lower – sugary snacks seemed to make me feel bad faster. I can't really say exactly what was causing that, but it did make me more thoughtful about mindless snacking and what I was eating. Overall, I did notice less hunger and steadier-feeling energy, which made the product feel effective to me in a practical day-to-day sense. If you already take medication that affects appetite or blood sugar, I would still check for interactions with your specific med before adding this on. Received as part of an educational promotion.
