- Before each use, shake the bottle to activate the formula and mix the oil phase with the water & phase.
- Saturate a cotton round or cotton ball with Bi-Facil and hold over closed eyes to moisten and soften all layers of eye makeup including eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara.
- Then, gently swipe over makeup to remove. Repeat until all eye makeup is removed.
PRO TIP: Saturate or dab Bi-Facil onto a cotton swab or makeup corrector brush to fix makeup application mistakes when applying eye makeup for a flawless finish.

I use this product to remove my eye makeup. I noticed with the pads they sell to remove eye makeup. Are causing me wrinkles by my eye area. But this product is so awesome I just use it on a cotton ball and just wipes off without pulling the skin. Love it love it

Clean and Fresh Feelings!
Love this product! Removes eye makeup with ease and leaves skin feeling fresh and not greasy which is a game changer! Removes even the stubborn waterproof makeup! Only thing I dislike is the bottle design. The cleanser doesn't come out fast or as smoothly as I would like it! But overall great product!
Effective and calming eye makeup removal
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] The formula very much is like water! It says so on the packaging but it was still surprising. Very little fragrance, and best of all, it really didn't irritate my eyes! Usually my eyes are quite red and tender after using a makeup removal wipe but WOW. I am genuinely surprised. I also tested the remover on the rest of my skin and it worked well on foundation and concealer. I am so tickled this product actually works as intended. The hole dispenser is the perfect size to fit a qtip as well so you can and use a little or a lot as you need.
Would definitely purchase for eye makeup removal.

Does remover get permanent lip stain out of denim?
