- Before each use, shake the bottle to activate the formula and mix the oil phase with the water & phase.
- Saturate a cotton round or cotton ball with Bi-Facil and hold over closed eyes to moisten and soften all layers of eye makeup including eyeshadow, eyeliner and mascara.
- Then, gently swipe over makeup to remove. Repeat until all eye makeup is removed.
PRO TIP: Saturate or dab Bi-Facil onto a cotton swab or makeup corrector brush to fix makeup application mistakes when applying eye makeup for a flawless finish.

I use this product to remove my eye makeup. I noticed with the pads they sell to remove eye makeup. Are causing me wrinkles by my eye area. But this product is so awesome I just use it on a cotton ball and just wipes off without pulling the skin. Love it love it

However, the last few bottles have been less effective at removing makeup and I find I use numerous cotton balls soaked to get eye shadow, mascara, etc removed. [I received this product in exchange for my honest review] If you regularly wear waterproof mascara or long lasting eye makeup, Lancôme Bi-Facil is worth the splurge. it removes makeup faster and more gently than many drugstore removers, which can help reduce rubbing around the delicate eye area. The main drawback are the price and the slightly oil residue. Buy if you value performance over the price.
Amazing product
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This is an amazing product I used my regular brand to clean my face. Then I used the Lancôme product and it pulled more dirt and makeup off my face. I was surprised as I thought my face was clean, but I was wrong. This will be my new go to product for my face. So appreciative that I got to try this out.
I would buy it again and again
It is a highly effective at removing makeup with easy application and a very minimal irritation. The bottle is convenient for storage. The quality and performance offers a very good value for the price. This is one good purchase that you will not regret.
No fuss makeup removal
[I received this product in exchange for my honest review] This makeup remover works great and doesn't leave that blurry film on your eyes that sometimes other removers have. A little goes a long way! Product will remove anything from waterproof mascara to glitters and Halloween makeup. Simply shake the bottle to mix the formula and apply it onto a cotton round, I hold it onto my eye for a few seconds and the makeup melts off. No need to rub the eye and it is so gentle it does not rip off lashes.
Would definitely repurchase
I received this product in exchange for my honest review. First time trying this and i really like it. Normally i don't like makeup removers because they leave oily residue but this one does not. This is very thin and leaves no oily film.

Does remover get permanent lip stain out of denim?
