Turn Bender on by pressing down on the power button.
To start cycling through patterns, press the power button again until you've reached your desired setting.
There are ten patterns, and Bender will cycle back to the first pattern after you've reached the tenth.
Turn Bender off by pressing down on the power button until the unit turns off.
Bender can be easily cleaned with warm water and soap.
Clean before and after use.

I have been having a problem charging every time. When attached to the magnetic USB cable there is no apparent feedback. Twice I have left the cable attached and on return have found the device flashing, later not flashing but illuminated and apparently charged. I have unfortunately misplaced the manual and cannot find it on neither ulta.com nor elsewhere on the internet Would you please send a copy of the manual and advise concerning the charging problem.

Yes, it is strong, bends, and has a lot of different settings, which I love. HOWEVER, it does not hold its shape when bent and I need to hold it to my body to feel the vibration. After just a little bit, my hand and wrists are so sore from holding it. I want to love it, it would've been perfect with me and my partner, but the fact that it can't hold its shape sucks :(

okay so this is the strongest vibrations ever for such a small vibe. there are two things I wish were different though- 1. i wish it were just a liiiiittle thicker. and 2, just a litttle bit longer. i guess i just have a... longer poosaae than others, but i have to hold this thing with my fingertips in order to get where I need it to be. basically, make an XL version please! like half an inch wider and 1.5 inches longer of the same product and im SOLD

this toy is great for anyone who struggles with penetration; larger size toys didn't work for me, but this one is perfect!! the one and only issue i have with the bender is the vibration. i often find myself using it on the lowest setting, and needing more thumping/pulsing options, but as-is, it gets the job done.
