Waste of money
It had a bad smell to it which was hard to ignore. I bought it to help with dry mouth and morning headaches caused from snoring but the mouth tape did nothing. It stayed on all night but I never felt any different after using it. It did not leave a sticky residue so that's a plus.

The best mouth tape I have tried
My husband has been an avid mouth taper for years and I could never get the tapes he has tried to stay on my mouth through the night until we tried the Love & Pebble mouth tape! It is far superior to any we have tried—the size is perfect, and it is sticky without being too difficult to remove in the morning!! I am a drooler (so embarrassing) and this is the only tape that actually covers my whole mouth and keeps me from mouth breathing/drooling overnight!
