My back and neck pain are gone!
I wish I had bought this sooner, the mat and pillow are amazing for my lower back issues, it has helped me allot and its very comfortable to use once you get use to the initial pressure.
So relaxing!
I was nervous to try this mat at first but wow it really is amazing. It's pinchy but not painful and helps your muscles relax so much!! Even my kids have fun trying it out. I love that it came with a case to store it in.
Chronic pain patient, love this thing
I own this one in this color even. I have a spinal injury and so don't want medication long term. This is pokey at first, but it does help! And you get used to that, too. I have had one for three years now, and it's still in great shape.
