Most Helpful Positive Review Better than I expected I purchased a discounted bottle at The Cosmetics Company Store out of a whim upon arriving in New York. Also, I took it as an opportunity to try Bumble and Bumble.
Since I have pretty fine and mostly-straight/slightly-wavy hair, I don't feel the need to use conditioner thus, valuing shampoos that are able to make my hair smooth and easy to comb through. Upon trying BB Gentle, I was a little disappointed because I had a hard time brushing my hair after showering since it didn't leave my hair as smooth as I hoped. Nonetheless, I religiously used the shampoo. After one week, I was astonished to feel my hair unbelievably soft, straight and smooth. I had to ask my peers to feel my hair because it looked like that of a shampoo model! I only brush my hair after I shower but my hair still manages to be smooth throughout the day. My hair's also been unbelievably shiny since I've used it. Now that I'm back in Manila with tropical weather, I can still feel the shampoo working for me.

Most Helpful Critical Review Not Impressed I have the set of Gentle Shampoo and Rich Conditioner and I had high hopes. I love the smell and the salon told me it was amazing... well, I used it for about a week and hated it. My hair looked weighed down and dirty all the time.
I noticed it on the second day, but thought maybe my hair just needed to adjust to something new. Well, by the next week, I bought something else because my hair just looked back.
I have fine hair, so finding something isn't always easy... I just wish I didn't have to spend $50 to find out that this product wouldn't work for me.

I have been using this shampoo exclusively for about 15 years. Absolutely love it, except it was brought to my attention recently it's not sulfate free. I never bothered to check, and it was never pointed out to me until my last color in which my stylist recommended a sulfate free shampoo. I'm a little bothered by this, and am looking for a product that is a gentle on my hair, but also free of sulfates.

I've used this shampoo for years. It gentle on colored hair and gentle on post covid hair. I'm trying to preserve every strand so I can't use anything harsh. This does a great job.

I bought this based on reviews what I didn't like about the shampoo what's that it made my scalp extremely itchy and I didn't care for the way it smelled I didn't smell nice at all I also bought the matching conditioner and I felt the conditioner was very weak it didn't penetrate on my hair it also didn't give my my hair any smoothness or moisture this melodious conditioner was really overpowering I did not like the way it smelled it was too much

I use this product every time I wash my hair and it leaves my hair with less frizz and soft hair. I have over processed hair too so it has caused my hair to be dry and very fragile.

I love this shampoo! Decided to splurge on my hair products and this system has been great for my hair. It leaves it soft and shiny. Obviously I wish the price were a bit lower, but it's been well worth it to spend a little extra.

My fine Leached blonde hair needed moisture for the cold MI winters. This stuff does the duty. Smells nice and does not weigh my hair down. Hair is moisturized and feels so clean. Very happy!

I love this Gentle Shampoo and Gentle Conditioner. I have very sensitive skin and this shampoo (formula) cleans my scalp leaving my hair moisturized and shinny without and reactions to my skin. The conditioner detangles and adds that softness without weighing down my hair. I do notice that they are sensitive enough to not damage my coloring. I can use everyday. And a plus, they small great!

I like the shampoo itself- it cleans my hair nicely without drying it out or making it oily, however it smells absolutely awful in my opinion which is why I gave it two stars. I can't use it due to the smell. If they'd change the scent I'd probably love it, as their other shampoos all smell amazing!

I have silver hair, I use the thickening shampoo and related products. I like to mix up shampoos, use one this time another next time. I love the way this makes my hair feel squeaky clean. I love all of the B&b stuff.

This shampoo has helped my scalp recover from itchiness and inflammation. I have tried multiple products for years. My hair is colored, my hair dresser said this is safe for colored hair. I put off buying it due to the cost but I am feeling 50% - 75% less itchy, it is well worth it. I have just been using this for two weeks so I am hoping to be 100% better soon.

I've been using with the matching conditioner. The conditioner seems almost pointless. The shampoo smells amazing but compared with my previous shampoos, my hair feels dry and tangled after shampooing. I won't buy again.

I just got this product in the mail and used it yesterday and all I can say is WOW. My hair is very oily and if I wash my hair in the morning, by the time I go to bed my hair is already greasy and it doesn't even look like I showered. Washed it yesterday morning and woke up today with oil free hair! First time I haven't had to use dry shampoo in months! It also smells amazing. I'm just upset I didn't find this product sooner!

Now reading reviews I realized a bunch of people had, unfortunately, the same problem as me. I am very disappointed with the packaging! I received my order of 1L bottle gentle shampoo today. 1/4 of the shampoo had leaked due to sloppy packaging. Did not yet test the product, can't say anything about it.

I am going to start off with, I love this shampoo. It makes my hair feel and smell great. However, I am very disappointed with the way it was shipped and arrived at my home. I ordered the large bottles and when it arrived at my home about 1/4 of the bottle was wasted in the box. Very disappointing for the price of this expensive product. I have reached out to customer service via email and attempted calling with no response. I can't say I will order directly from the site again.

Haven't used bumble and bumble products in a decade and figured I'd try them again. Didn't bother to check and see if this contained sulfates because it's become such a taboo in beauty product land. Turns out this does, in fact, contain sulfates, so I'll probably stop using it. My hair feels nice enough but I just dyed it so sulfates are out!

I have heard great things about this company so I was excited to try this shampoo. It is truly just average. It doesn't "do much" for my hair. It seems like it barely cleans it and the smell is not flattering.

I've been using the Hairdresser's Invisible Oil Shampoo for a while and liked it a lot. I switched to this on a whim and I'm going to stick with it! My hair is fine, plus the water where I live is hard and that dries it out. This is super gentle and makes my hair look healthy, even if I use it every day.

BB Gentle Shampoo does all it says it does and more. You don't need to use very much to get a great lather and my hair is very thick and very long. It feels great in my hair and does not dry it out at all. Love this shampoo and will continue to use.

I need a morning shower to wake up and I just HAVE to wash my hair. This shampoo is great. It doesn't dry out my hair. I can shampoo every day. And, I am OLD - 66 years. So, if I can use it every day, so can you. This has been my go-to for about 15 years??
