This is the new shampoo/conditioner I've been looking for!
My curly (but thin and fine) hair needs washed and restyled every day - I have been looking for something very light and gentle but that will also remove the daily styling products - B&b wins again! Love the shampoo and conditioner both!

Lathered very nicely too and the scent - just wow! I think it's Freesia or Magnolia (not too sure) but I'd catch a whiff of my hair hours...

Best shampoo I've ever used! Very gentle but thoroughly cleanses.

For the first few washes this was like a dream come true! It did exactly what it promised to: cleaned my hair without stripping it in any way or weighing it down. Lathered very nicely too and the scent - just wow! I think it's Freesia or Magnolia (not too sure) but I'd catch a whiff of my hair hours after washing and think "that is such a lovely fragrance". I was in love, but this love affair was not meant to last! Eventually my scalp started to itch in protest, as it just wasn't effective enough at cleansing. The daily oil and sweat accumulated more and more by the day, as it wasn't being removed properly. Stopped using it, and switched back to my Briogeo Charcoal shampoo which I love but cannot use too often. Gave 'Gentle Shampoo' to my mom who btw loves it, no complaints from her. For myself, the search for a mild (SLS-free) frequent-use shampoo continues...-> My 'Ulta Beauty Top 7 must-have list' (My 7 favorite beauty products of all time, focusing mainly on my purchases at Ulta) < - < 1. it was okay for a while
i had originally tried the dry hair shampoo / conditioner and thought it was a pretty good product to use and switched over to the gentle cleanser considering i dont technically have dry hair but hoping it stuck to its name for all hair types but after 2-3 weeks i started to notice breakage in my hair and no longer felt that smooth effect i had in my hair. i had to use the olaplex conditioner to restore its smoothness and rejuvenate my curls
The Best!
I always find myself going back to this brand, especially this shampoo & conditioner. I have pretty fine but thick straight/wavy hair and this stuff works wonders. I wash my hair everyday and this cleanses well, hydrates, and leaves my hair light and soft. I've started using the bond building styling cream and heat protectant too and the combo is 👌
