I was using this for a month alongside their sensitive retinol oil, and I loved it. My skin felt SO soft in the morning. Honestly this is just okay. And one major ingredient is shea butter and it always breaks me out. Which is a bummer. I wuse this up but will not be buying it again.
Healed my skin barrier in 2 weeks
I've had trouble for a while trying to get my skin used to a glycolic acid I've been using on and off for a year. When I got this treatment, my skin had been purging for weeks, I had breakouts all over my face but especially my chin and forehead. Since applying it with my PM routine (glycolic acid toner, milky toner, phyto mucin, cream moisturizer and this product), my skin has cleared and is back to being glowy!
Best moisturizer for my rosacea
Recently got diagnosed with rosacea and this has been my saving grace. If I forget to use it I instantly get my dry flaky patches back, but goes away once it's back in my routine. I've been wearing it under makeup without issue and it provides long lasting moisture.
Great product, horrible packaging

I noticed from the beginning that the pump mechanism wasn't the greatest, but it functioned, so not the end of the world. And then all of a sudden one day, it didn't function anymore. I opened the bottle, and the dispenser straw was clearly broken. At this point, it had been too long since I bought it at Ulta for me to take it there for an exchange, so I contacted byoma directly. They completely ignored the picture I sent showing the broken straw and gave me instructions that don't help at all for this issue. I started googling, and discovered that this is a known issue, and that many many people have had the same problem. So buyer beware. Yes, it feels great on the skin. But it doesn't feel so great on the wallet when the packaging breaks and you have more than half the product left and the manufacturer won't make it right.
