Is DHC a cruelty-free company? do your products contain animal derived ingredients?

- Official Answer By DHC - Brand EngageAlthough DHC products are not certified by any third-party organization as cruelty-free, DHC does not test on animals or ask others to do so on our behalf unless required by regulation for import to another country. Regarding animal-derived ingredients, with the exception of Super Collagen Mist, which is a blend of botanical and synthetic sources, collagen, a protein found mostly in hair, skin, nails, bones, and ligaments, comes mostly from animal sources. The source of collagen in each product is different and Astaxanthin specifically uses collagen derived from piscine (fish).Was this answer helpful to you

This would be a great moisturizer, except for the fact that if I use it at night I find my pillowcases are stained in the morning. Doesn't come out with oxygen bleach and pre-treat either.
