My new obsession!!

I kindly received the dphue ACV Apple Cidar Vingar Hair Rinse Lite from Influenster in exchange for my honest review. I had never tried a hair rinse before so I was very excited to give it a try. Great concept, not ideal results for me

I received the dpHUE Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse Lite as a free sample through the BzzAgent sampling program. My hair is thin, bleached, and colored pink with wavy texture, an oily scalp, and dry ends. Based on this, I chose the Lite version of the rinse. I'll start by saying that the concept of...

dp HUE sent me a free sample of their Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse Lite through the BzzAgent sampling program. This is my honest review. My hair is usually really dry in the winter so I sometimes skip the shampoo and use a cleansing conditioner only to help keep it from drying out as much. So I was thrilled to read that this product can be used in place of shampoo. I love how it made my scalp feel clean and didn't over strip oils. My hair is long and curly so it tends to tangle by the end of the day. Normally I have to slather on conditioner to work the tangles out but surprisingly the Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse Lite helped get a lot out even before conditioning. This product is a keeper and I'll definitely be buying more once my free sample runs out.

I think this is a fun experiment but wouldn't buy it. I didn't feel my hair was clean after using this but I liked how my scalp felt healthier. It was cleaner but not dried at all. I would say this is probably an interesting treatment but not a go to product for me.

I wanted to reduce the numbers of toxins in my body, so I've been trying some different cleansing products. I was so pleased with "Apple Cider Vinegar Hair Rinse Lite" because it was so effective without smelling awful! It didn't dry my hair out - it actually makes it feel healthier, to my pleasant surprise! Easy to use, and works well with other cleansing products. Check it out!

Good for cleaning the scalp from build up

I'm used to a shampoo that either lathers or does not lather at all, I used this with a scalp scrubber as I do end up with hairspray and dry shampoo buildup. I have oily, dry, fine hair so it's important to be able to scrub and cleanse my scalp thoroughly so it does not build up. I didn't care for the smell though, and as thoroughly as I worked the product through my hair... It worked well to remove buildup. I just felt like I had to douse my hair in conditioner afterwards to get rid of the smell. I use Joico smoothing shampoo and conditioner as I like the scent. Overall, it works but I was not a fan of the smell. It's a significant factor in purchasing the product for me.

I have very fine hair and while this product is marketed towards people with fine hair, it weighed my hair down and also made it extremely dry. The instructions do not say if you're supposed to follow with conditioner or not, but I couldn't even get a comb through my hair after using it without using a conditioner.
