Wet scalp and hair. Squeeze out excess water from hair. Use bottle tip to create small partitions in hair, gently squeezing the product onto your scalp. Massage into scalp & pull through hair. Leave in for 1-3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly and use as often as needed.

Great concept, not ideal results for me

Not for me
I bought this product several years ago and loved it. I picked it up again recently for itchy, flaking scalp and i use a little per the instructions and it leaves my hair super greasy and weighted down. I rinsed my hair thoroughly as well per the instructions. I dont know what im doing wrong or if the formula changed.
Surprisingly effective
I have thin, fine hair colored with demi permanent color. And my area has very hard water. Its possible the vinegar helped strip that and contributed to how much I like the product. I've tried straight apple cider vinegar before and wasn't impressed. I was really surprised with this product. I applied it, massaged it in, and let it set while i washed by body and rinsed after a another quick massage at the end. Because it didnt dry my hair out that badly, their ACV serum was enough of a moisturizer for after. My hair has volume and doesnt look frizzy. It's surprisingly clean. And my color didn't noticeably fade. I can imagine that it isnt great for all hair types or every wash, but I'll definitely start using it regularly.
Helps with my Itching and Flaking Scalp.
For years I have been seeing my Dermatologist for Inflamed, Itching and Flaking Scalp, nothing helped. I was prescribed topical creams and prescription medications among other things...nothing helped it. I ran across this Rinse and thought what could it possibly hurt since nothing else worked. This rinse has been the only thing...and I mean ONLY thing that has helped. I use this rinse as my "shampoo" followed by a conditioner. I use it every time I wash my hair. Using this with lukewarm water or cooler, just not "hot" water. I no longer have an inflamed, Itching and Flaking scalp.
Don't Buy It!
I've tried using this several times and each time my hair feels weighed down and greasy, this last time I had to wash my hair three times to make sure my hair was clean. It's beyond the return window so I have wasted money and product.
The best for fine greasy hair!

This product is the perfect solution for those in between wash days or for a more gentle, yet effective, clean. It surprisingly suds up nicely, and once washed out leaves hair feeling clean at the root but so soft on the ends!
