I am 70 years old and have always had fine hair. Just within the last year I tried a product called Got Grit in the crown of my hair where I have an unwanted part in my hair. Since using this product my hair has started thinning. Will this hair booster help my hair grow out again. I have stopped using the Got Grit.

It would not hurt to have the conditioner from that same system to stimulate the blood flow which feeds the hair follicles. What is the order of using a full kit (shampoo, conditioner, treatment) and then also Diamax advanced. How long do you wait between applying each? The other of ALL Nioxin products and which go together is confusing.

- Official Answer By Nioxin - Brand EngageManufacturer’s directions are to use these three products daily for the fastest results. Being not everyone shampoos daily, please note you will still see the results, just not as quickly. In the first few weeks of use, the product is cleaning out clogged hair follicles. During this process, you may notice extra shedding. This is the hair that was unable to shed due to being stuck in the follicle being released. A new hair will be allowed to grow in its place. The conditioner should remain on for 3-minutes if time allows. Next, shake the Scalp and Hair Treatment and apply to towel dried hair at the scalp, followed by gently combing through hair. You do not wash this product out. Please note that the conditioner along with the scalp and hair treatment stimulate the scalp, often causing a tingling sensation. A slight red flush to the skin may be noticed due to the blood flow being raised to the surface. Redness should not last more than half an hour. After the use of the scalp and hair treatment, you may style your hair as usual. Do not use the scalp and hair treatment on days you do not shampoo. This is a really nice mask and I noticed how good it was for my hair with one use. However, it is pretty expensive for a small tube. I would go through it too quickly if I used this everty time I washed with the Hair Fall Defense shampoo, which is too drying for my hair. I would only use this weekly or monthly.
