On days you shampoo apply the scalp and hair treatment followed by the Diamox and then use the 3D styling spray. You may use the night density at night. If you shampoo in the evening apply the scalp and hair treatment followed by the night density rescue. we do not recommend introducing this many new products to your regimen all at once. However if you have been using them go right ahead. If some are new start with one at a time giving at least a week to find out how the new addition makes you hair feel. This way if you do not like a product you know which one to eliminate. The Thickening Spray has hold and the Diamax does not. The Diamax is used when you are trying to thicken each hair strand. I would suggest if you are looking to strenghthen your hair you use the diamax. A Must Have For Thin Hair!
I was a little skeptical when I ordered this because I really didn't think it would work as good as everyone says. To my surprise, it left my hair looking, fuller, bouncy, and shiny, I couldn't stop touching my hair all day! The only downside is the spray bottle stopped pumping, after only a few uses so thank goodness I had an extra spray bottle that I was able to pour it into, I hope the new bottle isn't defective. But this product is a game changer! My hair is so shiny too! When you blow dry, your hair blow dry it in the opposite direction for an even fuller effect!

It might be more than water and fragrance in the bottle but I'm not sure. It does nothing, like absolutely nothing.

I love this stuff! I have oily hair and pretty much every product makes it fall flat and oily. I spray this all over my hair and blow dry or air dry and my hair feels thicker (I am using the Nioxin shampoo and conditioner number 4 too.) If I blow dry my hair feels really thick but is a little frizzy on the ends with this product in. I don't think it would be great for dry hair since it balances/dries my oily hair. I like this much better than the scalp treatment mousse from Nioxin.
I would buy again!
