For me, it does the opposite of its claims. Eye shadow creases and doesn't spread well. Wrinkles are more visible.

Not Good For Sensitive Skin
I've never had a problem with Urban Decay products in the past, but this primer burned my eyelids every time I applied it. I don't know if it's the anti-aging formula, but I had to return it.
