Apply a few drops to face in the AM and PM before creams. A tingling sensation can be expected after application. If the sensation is too strong to tolerate, the formula can be mixed with other creams or serums of your preference before each application to reduce the strength.

I use this daily, typically with Niacinamide 10% and Natural Moisturizing Factors, and at night with a retinol added to the mix. I add some other products on occasion (Vit. C, Multi-Peptide + Copper Peptide), but always use this. Nothing has made my skin look so good. I have been out for a few weeks and I notice a dramatic difference in how my skin looks and feels. I also immediately seen a reduction of wrinkles around my mouth the next morning when putting this on my face before bedtime. For my best results I put the serum on then use an aveeno lotion on top.
