If looking for a less expensive eye primer try this...
I'm always looking for high/low end products to mix up my routine and since I like j.cat I decided to try this primer in nude. Meh
I used my finger to pat it on my eyelid. It takes forever to dry enough not to crease on it's own. Once it is dried without crease, it does hold eyeshadow well. However, it makes my eyes feel like they are full of sand. No, I don't get it IN my eye. Other primers have made my eyes feel like this too...

Best eyeshadow primer I have ever used!
I have tried sooo many eyeshadow primers, from expensive to cheap, and this one is my favorite! I am 38 years old with oily / combination skin so creasing and migrating is what Im trying to avoid. This does the trick!! And Ive even worn it all day in the sun in the south with sweat dripping into my eyes and my shadow did not budge! It comes off easily with a makeup wipe. I love this primer! I want to buy more…. But as usual they are out of stock again.
Horrible
Does not keep eyeshadow on and in place. Not good!!
Better than paint pots
If you have dry or aging eye lids and cant wear a paint pot but concealer is too much and creases this is the product for you. I gatekeep this product bexause of how well it works and thr price. I hope JCAT makes it forever

Don't waste your money
I wanted to like this product but after several attempts it's just impossible. I tried several times but it's impossible to blend shadow, it's to thick, definitely not nude, separates literally while you are working with your shadow. I know it's a great price for the amount but it's just a waste. The Ulta kind worked better! I'm going back to milani
