Squeeze out a bead size drop and apply a thin layer of one of our all about that base primers on your eyelids with our small shader (br11) or with your finger for an even application. Let it set for a few seconds before applying any eyeshadow/sparkling powder. All about that base in nude can be worn alone for subtle neutral look while all about that base in shimmer can be worn along to add a little pop of shimmer to your look. With a pressing motion, add our sparkling powder before you apply all about that base glitter primer to ensure long lasting and minimizing any fallouts.

Meh
I used my finger to pat it on my eyelid. It takes forever to dry enough not to crease on it's own. Once it is dried without crease, it does hold eyeshadow well. However, it makes my eyes feel like they are full of sand. No, I don't get it IN my eye. Other primers have made my eyes feel like this too...

Don't waste your money
I wanted to like this product but after several attempts it's just impossible. I tried several times but it's impossible to blend shadow, it's to thick, definitely not nude, separates literally while you are working with your shadow. I know it's a great price for the amount but it's just a waste. The Ulta kind worked better! I'm going back to milani
Best eye primer
I have to buy my 4th tube because very littls goes a long way. I use fhis every day. It works better than my MAC paint pot. It covers my veins and tea stained colored eyes and it makes my eyeshaodw stay on all day as well as presents true to color. I apply with fingers or a brush it doesnt matter. Im appauled why anyone would five this a bad review
I wouldn't buy again
As soon as I applied primer was not smooth but became tacky and clumpy. Had to wipe off was not able to apply anything on top as I had pieces of product dried on my lid within seconds of applying. Product does not smooth or blend out.
Don't bother
I tried this primer and it did nothing to keep my eye shadow in place all day. When I was driving home I took a glance in the rearview mirror and saw nothing....it looked like I hadn't even put 2 shades of eyeshadow on....just a smeared mess like I had been running in the heat all afternoon. Very disappointing. Sorry, returning this asap!
Unbeatable!
I can't believe how much more I've spent on eyeshadow primers that don't perform nearly as well as this. My shadows stay put all day without fading or fallout at a FRACTION of the price! And the soft, subtle shade of this is pretty enough to wear alone. An almost nude gold hue but seems to brighten my eyes as much as it primes. Everything about this primer is perfect. Just can't believe I didn't try it sooner. And the best part? It works on all my eyeshadow not just shimmer or glitter
